Your data, your choices
Request deletion of your LinkBounce account or Instagram-related information, or ask to access or correct your data. LinkBounce is operated by SALEFDE LLC.
Disconnecting Instagram
- Sign in to LinkBounce and open Instagram.
- Select Disconnect. This removes our locally stored connection token and pauses managed campaigns.
- To revoke Meta's permission too, open Instagram → Apps and Websites and remove LinkBounce.
Disconnection does not delete your entire LinkBounce account, campaigns or delivery records. Use the form below to request that separately.
Request account or data deletion
Enter an email address where the operator can reach you. If you are a LinkBounce user, use your account email. If you commented on a connected creator's post, identify that creator and the approximate comment date. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details or identity documents.
Privacy request
Requests are saved for manual review. Submitting this form does not automatically delete anything or verify your identity.
What happens next?
You receive a reference after the request is recorded. Keep that reference. The operator reviews the request, checks ownership or the relevant relationship, and performs appropriate access, correction or deletion work. We may need additional verification. No deletion happens merely because someone enters an email address.
A full account deletion request covers the account, workspace campaigns, locally stored Instagram credentials, cached post information and associated operational records, subject to justified legal or security retention. Removing our local records does not remove a comment or a message from Instagram; manage that content in Instagram or contact Meta as needed.
