Terms of service
These terms describe the controlled test version of LinkBounce, operated by SALEFDE LLC. Review them before using the service.
The service
LinkBounce helps authorized Instagram professional account owners prepare campaigns that match comments on a selected post and send an eligible private reply through Meta's official API. Features may be incomplete or unavailable during testing. A campaign only runs after explicit activation, required configuration and Meta access are in place.
Your account and authority
Provide accurate account details, keep credentials secure, and connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the campaigns, reply content and destinations you configure. Do not submit other people's credentials or use the service to impersonate someone.
Acceptable use
Do not use LinkBounce for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection or attempts to bypass Meta's rules. Only send replies that are appropriate to the comment interaction. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content and links, and comply with applicable requirements for your own activities.
Activation and delivery limits
Saving a draft does not activate it. Pausing a campaign stops new eligible dispatches, but cannot recall a request already sent to Meta. Quotas, token expiry, account settings, platform permissions, service outages and Meta restrictions can prevent delivery. A result showing that Meta accepted a message does not prove that it was delivered or read. The service does not promise sales, reach or a particular response time.
Content and personal information
You retain your rights in the content you provide and authorize us to process it as necessary to operate your requested features. Our privacy notice explains current data handling. Use the privacy request form for data questions or deletion requests.
Test access, changes and ending use
The current controlled test has no checkout or paid subscription purchase. Testing access and feature availability may change. Stop using the service by pausing campaigns and disconnecting Instagram; you can also revoke the app in Instagram settings. We may restrict access to protect the service or address abuse. Account and data deletion is available by request and is handled separately from disconnection.
Availability and responsibility
The test service is provided as available and may contain errors. Maintain your own copies of important content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Future paid plans, billing terms or material changes will require updated information before purchase or continued use as appropriate.
